This is the question from Jamie Ridler’s ‘Wishcasting Wednesday’. I have been wanting to participate in this weekly question, but Wednesday’s are a busy work day for me, so I am scrambling to try to make this happen at the end of this day. How appropriate – when the question is asking what I wish to make time for!
What I really wish to make time for is exploring my creativity and art. Time seems to fly by – and it never seems I make the time I wish I would (could?) for my art. I am easily distracted by the computer, trying to figure out what I ‘should’ be doing, playing outside, and relaxing (after a long day of work).
Here is a journal entry I did a few weeks ago – about just this topic!
Thank you for the space to acknowledge this. Perhaps it will help me find more of this time I wish for.

*sigh* Me too Sister!
As Lisa wishes for herself, so do I also wish for her with all my heart!
As Lisa wishes for herself, so I wish for her also.
You were not kidding, Lisa. We do have a lot in common. I will have to visit your blog again to look at all your pretty pictures.
As Lisa wishes for herself, so I wish for her also.
As Lisa wishes for herself, so I wish for her also.
I’m so glad you found the time to wish! May it open up just the time you are looking for.
Welcome to the circle!
I know how it feels, but think of art and creativity as relaxation time and substitute them for sitting doing nothing. I often struggle just to get started with a painting but then once the paint is flowing I relax into it and it feels wonderful!
