Grateful for Our Garden’s Bounty

Swiss Chard

Last tomatoes, harvested just before the first frost
Ready for dehydrating

Dehydrated and ready for the freezer – and pizzas and sauces all winter!

A variety of colorful peppers

First summer for lots of butternut squash – and all from one plant!

One peeled and ready to cook.

Ready to roast – with garden peppers & thyme

Ready to eat – Yum!

I am so grateful for the bounty from our garden! We will be eating from this wonderful bounty all winter.

I am also grateful for my wonderful hubby who really has the green thumb around here! And he’s handy  and creative with tools – he built our raised bed garden with a fence & gate (to keep the deer out).

I’d love to hear what your you grateful for these days.
