Savoring the moments from the island of beautiful sunsets, beautiful sand and sea, yummy fresh fish and lots of relaxation. Koh Tao, Thailand was a three-week rest stop after our trekking in Nepal.
We started our five weeks (total) in Thailand exploring Bangkok, and Chang Mai and Chang Rai to the north – and including a short trek through small villages, Thai cooking classes, and visiting interesting temples.
At this time 13 years ago it was about time for us to get on the road again – we were headed to Australia on Christmas Day.
Circa 2013, I’m just about ready for that three-week beach break (maybe that is why I’m savoring those memories right now).
And although I won’t be headed anywhere tropical this year, I still plan to take a wee break over the next few weeks to unplug and recharge (I think that is a bit of an oxymoron, but a truth in this day and age).
If I don’t ‘see’ you before the new year – enJOY each magical moment of the rest of 2013…and I look forward to being connected for mermaid magic in 2014.
P.S. There is still time to order a 2014 Daily Musings Journal before the end of the year! It’s makes a great gift to yourself or a friend – to create a daily journaling practice. Click here to learn more.
